Delivery is charged at cost and is dependent on weight. The standard delivery charge covers up to 20 kilos after that you will be charged another box rate. Free Delivery is available for the UK on all orders over £75.
Delivery is available in 4-7 working days from despatch to anywhere in the UK on all orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 12 noon, at the weekend or on a public holiday may take longer.
Delivery on products purchased during promotions may take longer; please allow 7 to 10 working days for despatch.
Orders will be processed and despatched subject to credit card and address details being correct. Delivery times are quoted in good faith. Beauty Savers can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery will be to the address advised on your order. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, unless special instructions were given at time of order, a note will be left to advise if your order has been returned to the depot.
When orders arrive if they are damaged by the courier they must be signed for as damaged on arrival or not claim can be made for these goods. It is your responsibility to ensure products arrive in good condition and signing for them means you are signing for the goods arriving in good condition.
Beauty Savers are not responsible for deliveries that are delayed due to circumstances outside of our control like natural disasters or global pandemics. If you goods are shipped and delayed due to this or held in customs you will receive these goods in due course. We cannot cancel goods once shipped in these circumstances.
